Portrait (Andreas Schultz)

Andreas Schultz is a research associate in the Legal Tech Working Group at the Technical University of Munich since October 2024.

From 2016 to 2022, he studied law at the University of Passau and LMU Munich, specializing in tax and corporate law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Munich Higher Regional Court in 2024. During this time, he gained practical experience in various law firms.

Beside being part of the Legal Tech Working Group, he is also pursuing a doctorate at the Center for the Digitization of Tax Law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMUDigiTax) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. h.c. Mellinghoff. His doctoral research focuses on issues of tax data networking and proactive assessment of taxpayers.
